Taco Hot Dish

Ingredients
Beef mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 oz chunky salsa (fresh salsa from fridge section is the best)
- 1 can corn
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip (NOT mayonnaise)
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- Small can of black olives
Other:
- 1 Large bag tortilla chips
- 2 Cups (or 8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry beef in pan on stovetop until brown, drain fat.
- Combine cooked beef with rest of beef mixture into a bowl and mix.
- In 2 qt glass casserole dish, layer as follows. See notes below.

- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly/melted.
Notes
- When placing chips, make a thin, even layer that mostly covers the beef. Use whole or broken chips. Don’t crush them up too finely.
- Serve with extra tortilla chips as edible spoons.
